That's because we go out of our way to ensure that their quality and reliability are just what you need. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. For any undamaged product, simply return it within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

You still can return software within 7 days of the date you receive the product, provided that it has not been installed on any computer.

Opened packages cannot be accepted as proof of damaged items.
Hardware refunds can only be processed after the hardware is returned to us and inspected by our team.
Items that were damaged by the user cannot be returned.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days after receiving the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Go to the Plans page for your account and select "Cancel subscription".
To prevent any disagreements when a customer receives a damaged package, they must take a video of the package before opening it.

Turning off recurring billing will prevent the next charge and deactivate all subscription functions at the end of paid period as well as self deleting of installed software.
